 🌟 The importance of knowledge ✒ 

 Every religion and every great person has said that acquiring knowledge is important.

 Basically, without knowledge, it is not possible to complete almost all aspects of practical life properly. So acquiring knowledge is very important.

🌟 Knowledge of educational institutions ✒ 

 The knowledge imparted in the educational institution is only a fraction of the total knowledge. It can be said that a small amount of knowledge is imparted in an educational institution, which is insignificant than a drop in the ocean of knowledge.

 Some of the books from the innumerable books are included in the syllabus and those books are taught in the educational institutions. And by reading those books, the students get the certificate of educational qualification.

Therefore, the educational institution is just a means of acquiring educational qualifications and certificates through study and examination.

🌟 Knowledge and educational institutions ✒ 

 If a person wants to be knowledgeable without obtaining the certificate of institutional educational qualification, then he can acquire that knowledge by going to the educational institution and buying books himself or by going to the library.

 He will be able to read many more books in the library than even the books in the syllabus of the educational institution.

 The books that have to be read in fifteen to sixteen years to get the last qualification of formal education can be read in almost two years by going to the library.

So there is no need to go to educational institutions just to be wise.

 There are also some subjects that do not require educational qualifications to be entrepreneurial and self-reliant. There is no need for educational qualifications to establish oneself in them. So there is no need to go to educational institutions to be successful in these.

 As a person has planned, he will become self-sufficient in the future through agricultural development, that is, by farming. Then there is no need for this person to go to an educational institution for fifteen or sixteen years of life to acquire educational qualification.

Because the knowledge required for farming can be acquired without going to the educational institution. Then why would a person waste money by working for fifteen or sixteen years of life in vain?

🌟 The main purpose of formal education ✒ 

Therefore, the main purpose of formal education should be to obtain a certificate of educational qualification. And to achieve that certificate to improve oneself and to serve the country and the people.

 Is there any person who serves the country and people without salary allowance? Is there any organization that benefits the country and people without profit? Even the properties that have been given to the people through waqfs and trusts are profitable through business. And with that profit they pay the people who work in them and spends on human services.

So where is the fault in improving oneself by acquiring formal educational qualifications? Basically there is nothing wrong with that.

🌟 জ্ঞানের গুরুত্ব ✒ 

প্রত্যেক ধর্মের এবং প্রত্যেক মহৎ ব্যক্তি জ্ঞান অর্জনকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বলেছেন।

মূলত জ্ঞান ছাড়া প্র্যাকটিকেল লাইফের প্রায় সকল বিষয়ে যথাযথভাবে সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব হয় না। তাই জ্ঞান অর্জন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়। 

🌟 শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের জ্ঞান ✒ 

শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে যে জ্ঞান প্রদান করা হয়, সেটা সমগ্র জ্ঞানের একটা বিন্দু পরিমাণ মাত্র। বলা যায় জ্ঞানের মহাসমুদ্রের ফোঁটার চেয়েও নগণ্য একটা বিন্দু পরিমাণ জ্ঞান শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রদান করা হয়।

অগণিত বই থেকে কিছু বইকে সিলেবাসের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে সেই বইগুলোকে শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানে পড়ানো হয়। আর সেই বইগুলো পড়ে শিক্ষার্থীরা শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদ অর্জন করেন।

তাই শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান হচ্ছে পড়াশোনা করে পরীক্ষা দিয়ে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও সনদ অর্জন করার মাধ্যম মাত্র।

🌟 জ্ঞান ও শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ✒ 

কোন ব্যক্তি যদি প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদ অর্জন ছাড়া জ্ঞানী হতে চান তাহলে তিনি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের না গিয়ে নিজে বই কিনে অথবা পাঠাগারে গিয়ে বই পড়ে সেই জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে পারবেন।

এমনকি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের সিলেবাসে যে বইগুলো আছে, এর চেয়ে অনেক বেশি বই তিনি পাঠাগারে পড়তে পারবেন।

প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা গত যোগ্য তা অর্জনের জন্য পনের- ষোল বছরে যে বইগুলো পড়তে হয়, সেগুলো পাঠাগারে গিয়ে প্রায় দুই বছরেই পড়া সম্ভব।

তাই শুধু জ্ঞানী হওয়ার জন্য শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে যাওয়ার কোন দরকার নাই।

আবার কিছু কিছু বিষয় আছে যেগুলোতে উদ্যোক্তা ও স্বাবলম্বী হতে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার প্রয়োজন হয় না। সেগুলোতে নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে হলে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার কোন দরকার হয় না। তাই এগুলোতে সফল হতে হলে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে যাওয়ার কোন দরকার হয় না।

যেমন কোন ব্যক্তি পরিকল্পনা করেছেন তিনি ভবিষ্যতে কৃষি উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে অর্থাৎ চাষাবাদ করে স্বাবলম্বী হবেন। তাহলে এই লোকের তো কোন দরকার নাই জীবনের পনের-ষোল বছর শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে গিয়ে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অর্জন করার।

কেননা চাষাবাদের জন্য যে জ্ঞানের প্রয়োজন সেটা শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে না গিয়েই অর্জন করা সম্ভব। তাহলে অযথাই একজন ব্যক্তি কেন জীবনের পনের-ষোল বছর পরিশ্রম করে টাকা-পয়সার অপচয় করবেন?

🌟 প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার মূল উদ্দেশ্য ✒ 

তাই প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষার মূল উদ্দেশ্য হওয়া উচিত শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদ অর্জন করা। এবং সেই সনদ অর্জন করে নিজের উন্নতি করা এবং দেশ ও মানুষের সেবা করা।

এমন কোন ব্যক্তি কি আছেন যিনি বেতন ভাতা ছাড়া দেশ ও মানুষের সেবা করেন? এমন কোন প্রতিষ্ঠান কি আছে, যে প্রতিষ্ঠান লাভ ছাড়া দেশ ও মানুষের কল্যাণ করে? এমনকি যে সকল সম্পত্তি ওয়াকফ ও ট্রাস্টের মাধ্যমে জনগনের জন্য দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে, সে গুলোও তো ব্যবসার মাধ্যমে মুনাফা অর্জন করে। এবং সেই মুনাফা দিয়ে সে গুলোতে কর্মরত লোকদের বেতন প্রদান করে এবং মানব সেবায় খরচ করে।

তাহলে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অর্জন করে নিজের উন্নতি করাতে দোষ কোথায়? মূলত এতে কোন দোষ নাই।

তাই প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অর্জন করবেন নিজের উন্নতি এবং দেশ ও মানুষের সেবার জন্য।©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
