🌟 Applicability of PhD degree ✒ 


 After obtaining the required education, a PhD degree is obtained for promotion in the workplace and for various opportunities.


 Government bureaucrats obtain PhD degrees from home and abroad, especially for promotion in government service and for government facilities.It is achieved through their professional reasons.


Basically this type of PhD degree is obtained for professional reasons.


🌟 Hobby PhD degree ✒ 


 But there are some PhD degrees which are obtained only as a hobby without any requirement.


 This type of PhD degree is not required in the workplace, nor in personal life.


 There is no need for a PhD degree in personal life.There is no need for a PhD degree in the education that a person needs to make a living.


Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.


  This type of PhD degree can be obtained as much as you want personally, there is no obligation and there is no prohibition.


 Such as: - Traveling to different countries at the expense of one's own money and labor, going abroad at one's own expense, buying tickets and watching games in the stadium are just like the hobby PhD degree.


 Srikanth Jichkar of India has earned many PhD degrees in his life. But how many of those PhD degrees were necessary in his life and how much has he benefited people through so many PhD degrees? But even today it has not been determined. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.It is their own hobby . 


However, a person does not need to get a hobby PhD degree, if he gets one PhD degree after another, then the loss will be more than the profit.


 Because the money and labor costs of getting a PhD degree are usually not what you get later.

🌟 পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি প্রযোজ্যতা ✒ 


আবশ্যক শিক্ষা অর্জন করার পর কর্মক্ষেত্রে প্রমোশন এবং বিভিন্ন ধরনের সুযোগ- সুবিধা অর্জনের জন্য পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করা হয়।


বিশেষ করে সরকারি চাকরিতে প্রমোশনের জন্য এবং সরকারি সুযোগ-সুবিধার জন্য সরকারি আমলারা দেশ- বিদেশ থেকে পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন। এটা তাদের পেশাগত কারণেই অর্জন করেন।


মূলত এই ধরনের পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি পেশাগত কারণেই অর্জন করা হয়।


🌟 শখের পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি ✒ 


কিন্তু কিছু পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি আছে যেগুলো কোন ধরনের আবশ্যক প্রয়োজন ছাড়া শুধুমাত্র শখের বশবর্তী হয়ে অর্জন করা হয়।


এই ধরনের পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি কর্মক্ষেত্রেও আবশ্যক না, আবার ব্যক্তিগত জীবনেও আবশ্যক না।


ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে পিএইচডি ডিগ্রির কোন প্রয়োজনই নাই। একজন মানুষের জীবন নির্বাহের জন্য যে শিক্ষার প্রয়োজন সেটাতে পিএইচডি ডিগ্রির কোন প্রয়োজন হয় না।


তা সত্ত্বেও যখন কোন ব্যক্তি শখের বশবর্তী হয়ে পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন তখন সেটা অনাবশ্যক একটা বিষয়ে পরিণত হয়।


 এই ধরনের পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি ব্যক্তিগতভাবে যে যত খুশি অর্জন করতে পারেন, এটাতে কোন বাধ্যতাও নাই আবার নিষেধ ও নাই।


যেমন:- নিজের টাকা ও শ্রম ব্যয় করে বিভিন্ন দেশ ভ্রমণ করা, বিদেশে গিয়ে নিজের টাকা খরচ করে টিকিট কেটে স্টেডিয়ামে বসে খেলা দেখা এগুলোর মতই হচ্ছে শখের পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি।


ভারতের শ্রীকান্ত জিচকার জীবনে অনেক পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেছেন। কিন্তু ওই পিএইচডি ডিগ্রির কতগুলো তিনির জীবনে আবশ্যক ছিল এবং তিনির এতগুলো পিএইচডি ডিগ্রির মাধ্যমে মানুষের কোন কল্যাণ হয়েছে? সেটা কিন্তু আজও নির্ধারিত হয়নি। তা সত্ত্বেও শ্রীকান্ত জিচকারের মতো অনেক মানুষ আছেন যারা শখের বশবর্তী হয়ে একের পর এক পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করছেন। এটা একান্তই তিনিদের নিজের ব্যাপার। তবে তিনিদের দেখা দেখি যে ব্যক্তির শখের পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জনের দরকার নাই, তিনি যদি একের পরে পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন তাহলে লাভের চেয়ে লোকসানই বেশি হবে।


কেননা পিএইচডি ডিগ্রি অর্জনের জন্য যে তাকাও শ্রম ব্যয় হবে সাধারণত সেগুলো পরে আর অর্জন হবে না
