🌟 Talent is a unique force ✒
Talent is hidden in people.
Yes, it can be in the human mind, and it can be in the human brain. But it is certain that talent resides in people.
Basically, talent is a force that inspires people from within and gives them a kind of strength.
It's a lot like pushing from behind.
That is, the kind of feeling and situation that occurs when a person is pushed in the back from behind, talent is the same.
🌟 A strong desire to do something ✒
Talent from within the human mind encourages people to do something.
This intense desire to do something is more or less in everyone.
The person who can use this intense desire to do something, he succeeds.
And the one who cannot use this intense desire to do something, is finally crushed by that intense desire.
So, the main thing is to be able to use your talent in some way or the other.
Abraham Lincoln, Vladimir Lenin, Mao Zedong, Nelson Mandela, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Nehru, Rabindranath Tagore, Count Leo Tolstoy and all the great people, as well as the notorious people, have been inspired by the intense desire to do something. The notorious people of Hitler, Osama bin Laden, Dawood Ibrahim also did the same out of a strong desire to do something.
🌟 Using talent ✒
But using talent is a bit complicated.
Especially, even if there is an opportunity to develop talent, no one comes and develops someone's talent manually.
Many people will support the development of talent, they will give ways.
But no one will give your talent a chance to develop at their expense.
For example, no one will come and say,“You have a lot of talent. Take this award.” Or say, “You have no shortage of talent.Take this money, you eat and live with your talent.”
No one will make such an assessment.
So, you have to develop your talents yourself.
That's how you have to use your talents.
So, use your talents without expecting to be evaluated by others.
🌟 Applying my talents ✒
My talent is to do research and write originally.
So, I write on my own without expecting to be evaluated by anyone.
That's how I use my talent.

But I never expect someone else to come and use my talent at his expense.
Because, I am using my talent in my efforts.

🌟 প্রতিভা হচ্ছে একটা অনন্য শক্তি ✒
যেটা মানুষের মধ্যে গুপ্ত অবস্থায় থাকে।
হ্যাঁ সেটা মানুষের মনের মধ্যেও হতে পারে, আবার মানুষের মস্তিষ্কের মধ্যে হতে পারে। কিন্তু এটা নিশ্চিত যে প্রতিভা মানুষের মধ্যেই থাকে।
মূলত প্রতিভা হচ্ছে একটা শক্তি, যেটা মানুষকে ভেতর থেকে অনুপ্রাণিত করে এবং এক ধরনের শক্তি প্রদান করে।
বিষয়টা অনেকটা পেছন থেকে ধাক্কা দেয়ার মতো।
অর্থাৎ কোন ব্যক্তিকে পেছন থেকে পিঠের মধ্যে মৃদু ধাক্কা দিলে যে রকম অনুভুতি এবং পরিস্থিতি হয়, প্রতিভা হচ্ছে ঠিক সেই রকম।
🌟 একটা কিছু করার তীব্র বাসনা ✒
মানুষের মনের ভেতর থেকে মানুষকে প্রতিভা তাগাদা দেয় একটা কিছু করার।
একটা কিছু করার এই যে তীব্র বাসনা, সেটা কমবেশি সবার মধ্যেই থাকে।
যে ব্যক্তি একটা কিছু করার এই তীব্র বাসনা কাজে লাগাতে পারেন, তিনি সফল হন।
আর যিনি একটা কিছু করার এই তীব্র বাসনাকে কাজে লাগাতে পারেন না, অবশেষে তিনি সেই তীব্র বাসনার দ্বারা ভেতরে ভেতরে নিষ্পেষিত হন।
তাই কোন না কোনভাবে নিজ প্রতিভা কাজে লাগাতে পারাই হচ্ছে মূল ব্যাপার।
আব্রাহাম লিংকন, ভ্লাদিমির লেনিন,মাও সে তুং, নেলসন ম্যান্ডেলা,চে গুয়েভারা, ফিডেল ক্যাস্ট্রো, মহাত্মা গান্ধি, পন্ডিত নেহেরু, রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর ,কাউন্ট লিও টলস্টয় সহ সকল মহান ব্যক্তি তো বটেই কুখ্যাত ব্যক্তিরাও একটা কিছু করার তীব্র বাসনার দ্বারাই অনুপ্রাণিত হয়েছে। হিটলার, উসামা বিন লাদেন, দাউদ ইব্রাহিমের কুখ্যাত লোকেরাও একটা কিছু করার তীব্র বাসনা থেকেই ওই রকম করেছে।
🌟 প্রতিভা কাজে লাগানো ✒
কিন্তু প্রতিভা কাজে লাগানো কিছুটা হলেও জটিল ব্যাপার।
বিশেষ করে প্রতিভা বিকাশের সুযোগ থাকলেও, কেউ এসে কারো প্রতিভা হাতে-কলমে বিকশিত করে দেয় না।
প্রতিভা বিকাশের জন্য অনেকেই সাপোর্ট করবে, উপায় বাতলে দেবে।
কিন্তু আপনার প্রতিভাকে কেউই নিজের খরচে বিকশিত করার সুযোগ করে দেবে না।
যেমন:- কেউ এসে বলবে না যে, “তোমার তো অনেক প্রতিভা। এই নাও পুরস্কার।” অথবা বলবে,“তোমার তো প্রতিভার কোন অভাব নাই। এই নাও টাকা, তুমি এবার তোমার প্রতিভা নিয়ে খেয়ে পড়ে চলো।”
এই ধরনের মূল্যায়ন কেউ এসে করে দেবে না।
তাই আপনার প্রতিভাকে আপনার নিজেকেই বিকশিত করতে হবে।
এভাবেই আপনার প্রতিভাকে আপনারই কাজে লাগাতে হবে।
তাই অন্যের দ্বারা মূল্যায়িত হওয়ার আশা না করে নিজের প্রতিভাকে নিজে কাজে লাগান।
🌟 আমার প্রতিভার প্রয়োগ ✒
আমার প্রতিভা হচ্ছে গবেষণা করে মৌলিক লেখালেখি করা।
তাই আমি কারোর দ্বারা মূল্যায়িত হওয়ার আশা না করে আমি নিজে নিজেই লেখালেখি করি।
এভাবেই আমি আমার প্রতিভাকে কাজে লাগাই।
হ্যাঁ, এটা ঠিক, যদি আমার লেখালেখির কারণে আমি পুরস্কৃত হই, তাহলে সেই পুরস্কার অবশ্যই আমি গ্রহণ করব।
কিন্তু আমি এ আশা কখনই করি না যে, অন্য কেউ এসে তিনির নিজের খরচায় আমার প্রতিভা কাজে লাগিয়ে দেবেন।
কারণ আমি নিজের চেষ্টায় আমার প্রতিভাকে কাজে লাগাচ্ছি।
