🌟 প্রতিভার সুরক্ষার গুরুত্ব ✒ 

ভবিষ্যতে আপনার সৃজনশীল কাজের যে পরিকল্পনা আছে, সেটা মানুষের কাছে বলে বেড়াবেন না।

যদি আপনার কাজ মৌলিক হয়, তাহলে পাবলিশড করার আগে আপনি কখনই সেটা কারোর সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না।

আপনার প্রতিভার পরিকল্পনায় যদি নতুন প্রযুক্তির কারিগরি থাকে, তাহলে সেটা প্রতিভার সুরক্ষা, অর্থাৎ মেধাস্বত্ব্ব ছাড়া প্রকাশ করবেন না। তা নাহলে অন্যের নামে সেটা প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে।পরে আপনাকেই আফসোস করতে হবে।

পরবর্তীতে যদি আপনি গিয়ে বলেন,“আমি তো এটা অমুক দিন আলোচনা করেছিলাম জ্ঞানীদের আসরে।আপনিও তো আমার আলোচনা শুনেছিলেন।এখন আপনার নামে চালিয়ে দিলেন?”

তখন যদি সেই ব্যক্তি বলেন যে,“আমি আপনার সেমিনারে গিয়েছিলাম বলে কি আপনার বক্তব্য চুরি করেছি? আপনার যদি এতো প্রতিভা থাকে, তাহলে আপনি লিখে প্রকাশ করতে পারেন নি কেন?”

এরকম হলে কি আপনার বলার কিছু থাকবে?

অতএব নিজের প্রতিভাকে সুরক্ষিত রেখে যথাযথ স্থানে প্রয়োগ করুন।
