In many of my writings, I have discussed and criticized various people in context.
But I did not write anything defamatory.
Such as : - I told, Hitler was greedy.
Hitler was not defamed, because Hitler was actually greedy.
Similarly, I told Mr. Ershad, a strange man. Because his life was diverse.
I told, Tarique Zia, the Prince of BNP. In fact, he is the maharaja of BNP, but the uncontested emperor of BNP. So, Tarique Zia was not defamed.
Former Awami League MP Bodi was called cheater by me. His four brothers are involved in the Yaba business. He himself is a patron of drug dealers. Therefore, calling him cheater was not defamation.
I told, former BNP MP Masud Arun, a humanoid bloodsucking bat. In fact, the corruption he did while he was an MP, calling him a humanoid bloodsucking bat would be an understatement. Therefore, my writing did not defame Masud Arun.
I told, Dr. Kamal Hussain, he is a lawmaker outside the legislature. In fact, he is. That is why, my writing did not defame him.
I told, former President Dr. AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury, he is a man who is not satisfied with the politics of Bangladesh. In reality, he is that. Because, even after becoming the president, he is doing politics by forming an alternative system to get to power. Therefore, he was not defamed in my writing.
Colonel Taher was executed for treason. Although it was later ruled that he was not a traitor. But he was sentenced to death for treason. So, my writing did not defame Colonel Taher.
I told the former Home Minister Lutfuzzaman Babar, the stylist Home Minister. In reality, he was that.
Similarly, I have discussed and criticized the people of Bangladesh and different countries. But no one was defamed.
🌟 Qualification to criticism ✒
I am an educated person having passed Hons, Masters, and LLB.
So, I am qualified to criticize.
I understand very well what defamation is.
Therefore, it is a futile attempt to sue me for defamation by converting one or two words or sentences of my writing.

"আমি কখনই কারোর মানহানি করে লিখি না।"
আমার অনেক লেখায় প্রসঙ্গক্রমে বিভিন্ন ব্যক্তির ব্যাপারে আলোচনা ও সমালোচনা করেছি।
কিন্তু আমি মানহানি হওয়ার মতো কিছুই লিখি নি।
তেমন :- হিটলারকে বলেছি,লোভী।
তাতে হিটলারের মানহানি হয়নি।কেননা, হিটলার বাস্তবেই লোভী ছিল।
তেমনি এরশাদ সাহেবকে বলেছি, বিচিত্র পুরুষ। কেননা,তিনির জীবনটাই ছিল বৈচিত্র্যময়।
তারেক জিয়াকে বলেছি, বিএনপির যুবরাজ।বাস্তবে তিনি বিএনপির মহারাজ তো বটেই,বরং বিএনপির অপ্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী সম্রাট।তাই তারেক জিয়ার মানহানি হয়নি।
আওয়ামী লীগের সাবেক এমপি বদিকে বলেছি বাটপাড়।ওর চার ভাই ইয়াবা ব্যবসায় জড়িত।নিজেও মাদক কারবারিদের পৃষ্ঠপোষক।তাই তাকে বাটপাড় বলাতে মানহানি হয়নি।
বিএনপির সাবেক এমপি মাসুদ অরুণকে বলেছি, মানুষরূপী রক্তচোষা বাদুড়।বাস্তবে সে এমপি থাকা অবস্থায় যে দুর্নীতি করেছে,তাতে তাকে মানুষরূপী রক্তচোষা বাদুড় বললেও কম বলা হবে।তাই আমার লেখায় মাসুদ অরুণের মানহানি হয়নি।
ড. কামাল হোসেনকে বলেছি, আইনসভার বাইরের আইন প্রণেতা।বাস্তবে তিনি তা-ই।তাই আমার লেখায় তিনির মানহানি হয়নি।
সাবেক মহামান্য রাষ্ট্রপতি ডা. একিউএম বদরুদ্দোজা চৌধুরীকে বলেছি,বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে অতৃপ্ত পুরুষ।বাস্তবে তিনি তা-ই। কেননা,রাষ্ট্রপতি হওয়ার পরও তিনি বিকল্পধারা গঠন করে রাজনীতি করছেন ক্ষমতায় যাওয়ার জন্য।।তাই আমার লেখায় তিনির মানহানি হয়নি।
কর্নেল তাহেরের মৃত্যুদণ্ড হয়েছিল,রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহিতার দায়ে।যদিও পরবর্তীতে রায় হয়েছিল,তিনি রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহী নন। কিন্তু তিনির মৃত্যুদণ্ড হয়েছিল রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহিতার দায়েই।তাই আমার লেখায় কর্নেল তাহেরের মানহানি হয়নি।
সাবেক স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী লুৎফুজ্জামান বাবরকে বলেছি,স্টাইলিস্ট স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী।বাস্তবে তিনি তা-ই ছিলেন।
তেমনি বাংলাদেশ ও বিভিন্ন দেশের ব্যক্তিদের আলোচনা ও সমালোচনা আমি করেছি। কিন্তু কারোরই মানহানি হয়নি।
🌟 সমালোচনার যোগ্যতা ✒
আমি অনার্স, মাস্টার্স ও এলএলবি পাস করা শিক্ষিত ব্যক্তি।
তাই সমালোচনা করার যোগ্যতা আমার আছে।
এবং কোনটা মানহানি,সেটাও আমি খুব ভালোভাবেই বুঝি।
অতএব, আমার লেখার দু-একটা শব্দ অথবা দু-একটা বাক্যকে কনভার্ট করে আমার বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির মামলা করা বৃথা চেষ্টা মাত্র।
কেননা,আমার বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির মামলার চেষ্টা করলে,উল্টো তিনিদের বিরুদ্ধে আমি শক্ত মামলার ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করব। ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
